 This page is dedicated to

  two precious angels

 Hannah Ashworth
 and
  Keysha Christenson

Hannah loved walking on the beach, her dog Willie and being read Good Night Moon . . . over and over.

Keysha loved her Skittles, her Teletubbies and her lunch box love notes from Mom.

Both, most of all, loved their Moms and Dads and their families.

Sadly, they are no longer with us in body . . . but they will remain forever etched upon our hearts and our souls

We miss you little sweethearts.

We love you forever . . . and ever . . .

This beautiful dedication was lovingly written by Robin Pezzulo, who is a personal friend of the Ashworth and Christenson families.  Robin had the privilege of knowing & loving both Hannah and Keysha.

Please see  Hannah and Keysha's Memorial Fund

The following Health page is full of fun, concerns and information.  It is a page about living and celebrating life.....  Keysha and Hannah celebrated life to it's fullest and that is how we would like them to be remembered.... with a smile.

Tongling Health Tips

Here are some of our Tongling experiences.  There may be different answers to each question, but all children are different.  Hope this helps to answer  your concerns of what to expect when you unite with your new Tonglinger.  Just click on the question that you want answered.

What type of formula should I bring to Hefei (Tongling)?

Will my toddler be potty trained?

Are the children clean?

Are there many incidences of head lice, scabies or skin problems among these children?

Are the older children well prepared for what is going to happen to them (being adopted)?

Did the children form strong attachments in the orphanage?  Did they form strong attachments after being home?

What will my child's reaction be when we first meet?

What will my baby eat?

What will my toddler/older child eat?

Will my baby or toddler nap?

Did the children have coughs, colds, or any illnesses when you first met?

Please send questions, answers and health concerns to:  website@adopttongling.com.

This page is for those of us who have already brought our children home.   This is a page to compare notes.  Childhood illnesses, when did teeth come in, problems with speech, respiratory problems, allergies etc.  We do not have our children's family's health histories, but maybe we can find out that some problems may be environmental or geographical.
